UI/UX designer

UGEM Design Studio team and RubyGarage company are expanding and we are looking for a talented UI/UX designer (WEB & Mobile) to work on complex and interesting projects.
Our ideal candidate strives to make his design attractive, intuitive and user-friendly.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze users’ pains, research the market and competitors
  • Develop user interfaces and create UX-prototypes according to them
  • Work on final visualization represented by concepts, guides, and UI-prototypes
  • Everyday cooperation with customers, analysts, and developers
  • Quality control of interfaces implementation by developers on all development stages
  • Review the works of other designers from UI/UX department and provide feedback

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in this position
  • Experience in UX-designing WEB and Mobile interfaces, creating prototypes
  • Experience in creating Responsive Designs
  • Understanding the implementation of the design in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experienced user of Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Package
  • Ability to work with guides for various platforms
  • Understanding the User-Centered Design principles
  • Knowledge of the current design trends, as well as the ability to implement them in projects
  • Ability to make independent design decisions and justify them
  • Intermediate level of English (or higher)
