SEO Manager

RubyGarage is looking for an experienced SEO manager with deep knowledge of SEO principles and an understanding of basic search engine algorithms.
The key responsibility of the SEO manager is to provide optimized SEO-friendly content in order to increase the profitability of the company.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an SEO manager or in a similar role
  • Deep knowledge of SEO principles
  • Understanding of the general principles of HTML/CSS
  • Experience in SEO reporting
  • Ability to monitor SEO performance with web analytics tools
  • Analytical thinking
  • Understanding of basic internet marketing concepts
  • Upper-intermediate spoken and written level of English

Key areas of responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies
  • Coordinate content, design, SMM, and marketing activities
  • Monitor optimization of internal and external projects
  • Conduct testing, analyze data, and monitor and identify trends to maximize ROI
  • Select keywords and compile a semantic core
  • Research and implement SEO optimization recommendations
  • Develop and implement a link building strategy
  • Optimize web pages for search engines
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO techniques in newly developed code
