Almontage is a job search marketplace for actors and production companies that dramatically simplifies the talent search and acquisition process for production companies and allows people to easily find jobs in the film industry without a talent agency.
Design objectives
After Saud Almadhi contacted us, we defined the project scope, timeline, and the most vital design objectives. For this project, we needed to:
- Design a straightforward platform for actors and production companies to let them search for jobs or candidates
- Provide a simple search system to let users easily find job vacancies or candidates
- Allow production companies to reach job seekers easily and communicate with them via the platform
- Encourage job seekers to update their profiles regularly
- Prepare a comprehensive registration flow for job seekers
- Develop a clear interface for production companies to manage job positions and job post statuses

Design solutions
We started the project by developing a library of components to speed up the design process, creating user flows, and designing wireframes and prototypes. Further on the project, we:
- Created an intuitive and user-friendly design for the platform to ensure seamless user experience
- Designed an advanced filtering system to facilitate the talent search for production companies
- Designed a communication channel to let production companies get in touch with candidates
- Designed personal profiles that encourage job seekers to fill in the necessary information and keep it up to date
- Created a step-by-step registration process to let job seekers easily fill in the required details in their profiles
- Developed a comprehensive dashboard for employers to facilitate the management of positions and job post statuses
